Alistair Stokes joined
Atherton Godfrey in March 2008 as a trainee solicitor and will
qualify as a solicitor in March 2010.
Alistair obtained a BA in
archaeology in 2001 and an MA in East Asian archaeology in 2002
from Durham University.
In 2006 Alistair gained a
Graduate Diploma in Law, from the College of Law, before going
on to complete the LPC in 2007.
In between studying
Alistair spent time working at Thorne and Stainforth Citizens
Advice Bureau. This provided him with the opportunity to spend
time working as a Debt Advice Caseworker.
Alistair is currently
spending his first six months at Atherton Godfrey in the
Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.
Among his numerous
interests Alistair is a keen runner who regularly takes part in
road races such as the Dewsbury 10K and the Great North Run. He
is also an avid football, rugby and cricket fan.
