Diane Parker started at the firm in 1989 as a trainee, qualifying as a solicitor in 1991 and becoming a partner in 1994. Diane specialises in personal injury claims and in employment law.

Her personal injury practice encompasses all types of claims from employers liability through to road traffic accidents. She has a particular interest in industrial disease cases, from mesothelioma caused by asbestos through to noise induced hearing loss.

Her employment practice covers work for both employers and employees and as well as unfair dismissal cases she has also dealt with sex and race discrimination cases as well as equal pay claims.

Diane is a member of the trustee board at Doncaster CAB and is a former president of Doncaster and District Law Society.

She is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, with accredited status as a Fellow.
