Charles Godfrey qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and was co-founder of Atherton Godfrey in 1979. He is head of the firm's commercial department and has particular expertise in commercial property, especially the acquisition and sale of residential development land. He also deals with business transfers and commercial agreements.
