Partner and Head of the Family Department 

Don qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and joined Atherton Godfrey in the same year, becoming a Partner in 1981. He is Head of the Family Department,  specialising in Family Law, and is an Advanced Member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel. He is a qualified mediator and a Member of the Law Society Family Mediation Panel. He, like other members of the Family Department, is a member of Resolution.
