Kay Marriott, a Partner at Doncaster Law Firm, Atherton Godfrey, has been appointed as a member of the Law Society’s Specialist Children Panel. This means that Kay is one of the very few solicitors in the Doncaster area who will be able to act for the children themselves in cases where Social Services are involved and where the court decides that the children need to be represented in disputes between their parents.

Kay said “I am delighted at being appointed to the Children Panel. The children are the most important people in these types of cases and being able to help them in such difficult circumstances will be extremely rewarding.”
