Company Overview

Atherton Godfrey is a leading firm of solicitors, specialising in commercial law and commercial and residential property, personal injury and medical negligence, family law and family mediation, wills and probate and employment law. The firm was established in 1979 by founding partners John Atherton and Charles Godfrey with just a handful of staff. Since then it has become one of Doncaster’s largest law firms with 8 partners and over 100 staff.

We pride ourselves on always keeping clients well informed and up to date with proceedings at face to face meetings and via telephone, letter and email.

Our town centre location means that our offices are easily accessible and we welcome visits from new and existing clients.
