Multi-track personal injury solicitor / CILEx
We have an exciting opportunity for a multi-track solicitor with experience of complex injury and/or industrial disease claims to join our highly rated personal injury team.
As a successful Legal 500 specialist claimant practice, Atherton Godfrey attracts high quality complex work. Therefore, your caseload will be a mix of litigated and pre-litigated matters, comprising predominantly EL, PL and RTA matters and will include such issues such as brain and spinal injuries.

Commercial property lawyer
We are looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join our well established team.
This is an exciting opportunity that will give the post holder hands on experience of helping to manage a key client relationship (property developer).
The role will involve dealing with property development work arising from the firm’s developer clients and also dealing with a typical range of commercial property work for the firm’s other clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to lend technical expertise to the firm’s property development team and lead the firm’s commercial property work, taking responsibility for supervising, training/mentoring more junior fee earners.
General administration support will be available.
Salary is dependent on experience.
