Clinical negligence expert re-accredited

Christopher Noble, partner and head of clinical negligence at Atherton Godfrey, has gained re-accreditation by the Law Society and is among a relatively small number of individual solicitors who hold this specialist kite mark.
Solicitors who hold the accreditation have undergone a rigorous assessment process which examines the skills and expertise of the individual and their ability to handle the most complex clinical negligence cases.
Specialising in injuries resulting from incorrect diagnosis or treatment and birth injuries, Mr Noble handles claims on behalf of both adults and children.
He said: “Clinical, or medical negligence cases often involve life changing injuries.
“it is important to remember that you are dealing with people who have suffered significantly and will likely continue to experience problems for the forseeable future.
“This kite mark gives these people the reassurance that their case, however difficult, will be handled professionally, thoroughly and with compassion, ensuring that the best possible outcome is achieved.”
Mr Noble handles a wide range of cases, including treatment in general surgery, opthalmology, orthopaedics, Accident and Emergency, General Practitioner care, vascular surgery and obstetric care.
He is recommended by Chambers UK and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, with accredited status as a Senior Litigator.
