Home buyers assurance

Firms are assessed each year and to be eligible for membership, they must be able to demonstrate good practice management, a high level of integrity and efficient conveyancing procedures.
The quality scheme, which was launched in 2011, was set up by the Law Society to recognise and maintain high standards in residential conveyancing and to act as a reassurance to anyone buying or selling a home.
Charles Godfrey, senior partner at the firm said: “Our priorities are to ensure that clients are kept well informed throughout the process and that their transactions are handled swiftly and professionally at all times.

“Buying a home is a huge financial commitment and people need to be confident that their transaction is being handled by fully qualified and accredited staff; the CQS accreditation helps to give this assurance.”
