National Recognition for Personal Injury Work

Partner and Head of Litigation, John McQuater has been shortlisted for the Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year Award 2011, to be held in London in November.
The award recognises only the most outstanding achievements in the Personal Injury field; making it onto the shortlist is an accolade in itself.

John is an acknowledged expert in the field of procedure, having written the APIL Guide to Personal Injury Claims Procedure and the Model Letters for Personal Injury Lawyers published as part of the APIL Guide Series.

John's work also led to him being recognised as a ‘Leader in his Field' in the 2012 edition of The Chambers UK Directory.

Senior Partner and founder of the firm, Charles Godfrey said: "John shares his expertise by providing extensive professional training to hundreds of personal injury lawyers throughout the country, including leading practitioners, every year.

"It is this same level of expertise that reassures our clients that they will receive the very best level of care and attention from John and his colleagues."

Award organisers said: "The number of entries this year has been the highest ever, with the sifting panel only putting forward those entries they considered to be potential winners."

Winners will be announced 24 November.
