Laura joined Atherton Godfrey as a trainee solicitor in September 2012 and qualified in 2014.
Before joining the firm, Laura studied English and literature at the University of Sheffield and graduated with a 2:1 BA in 2008.
Laura then took a year out before going on to study the Graduate Law Diploma in Law at Huddersfield University.
Following this, Laura studied the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield on a part-time basis alongside her part-time employment. She completed the LPC with a distinction in June 2012 and won the Sidney Herbert Clay Trust prize, which is awarded to the most successful candidate on the LPC course each year.
Laura is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), with accredited status as a litigator.
