Tracie is a highly experienced lawyer, dealing with all landlord matters including: general residential landlord advice, recovery of rental arrears including the enforcement of court orders, service of notices to quit on tenants and licensees, court possession applications and hearings using the section 21, section 8 and trespasser procedures.
She also deals with warrants for possession and enforcement of judgements against tenants for rental arrears, damage to property and all HMO related issues.
Tracie handles all aspects of residential property transactions such as buying, selling transfers and remortgages.
Tracie is a Graduate member of CILEX.
She gained a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law in York. She also holds a 2:1 degree in Creative Writing and Law which she gained at Bolton University.
She has taken part in numerous pro bono activities at University, such as supporting clients in ESA Tribunals, email advice clinics and shadowing County Court Judges.
Tracie has also worked as a volunteer for the Citizens Advice Bureau and is a local co-ordinator for the Dyspraxia Foundation, where she provides support and information to adults of children with Dyspraxia.
Tracie is an active member of the firms charity committee where she both arranges and supports a wide range of fundraising events.
She is married with four children and her interests include poetry, swimming and spending time with her family.
