We understand that some people may have difficulty accessing or using legal services, maybe because of their age (young or old). Any of the following may also make it difficult to access the help that you need:
- Physical disability
- Loss of mental capacity
- Mental health problems
- Learning disability
- Brain injury
- Speech / language problems
- Child with complex care needs
Whatever difficulty you have, we are able to help. You will be met with a warm welcome and our friendly professional team will immediately put you at your ease. We offer a comfortable and relaxed environment where we can take all the time needed to discuss your case and our team is well known for their ability to explain things in a way that people find much easier to understand.
How we can help
To make things a little easier, we can offer text, interpretation, sign language and induction loop facilities. We have accessible meeting rooms and disabled facilities, including parking.
If need be, we can access support professionals and advocates who will help in the meetings. If you can’t get into the office because of illness, disability or mobility, we can visit you at home, in hospital or in a care home.
Whatever your circumstances, we can help you plan for the future with dignity and respect. For your extra peace of mind, we are fully regulated by the Law Society.
We can also help with
- Court of Protection
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and Tax
- Wills and Probate
