Secret Santa Appeal

The appeal aims to bring Christmas to local children who might otherwise not receive a present this year.
Last year the appeal helped bring Christmas to thousands of local children struggling against adversity – one family were escaping domestic violence and had to leave their home behind. The generosity of Doncaster’s local community made sure that the children, all under five years of age, had a gift to open on Christmas morning and a smile to go with it.
If you would like to help, gifts can be donated to the appeal up until Monday 17 December 2012, at the offices of Atherton Godfrey Solicitors, at 8 Hall Gate in Doncaster Town Centre.
You can donate unwrapped gifts (non edible/non perishable). Sadly, we cannot accept used toys or gifts.
Alternatively, financial donations can be made at via the JCI Secret Santa Appeal.
The donated gifts will be distributed to disadvantaged children across the region.
Alistair Stokes, chair of DJL and a solicitor at Atherton Godfrey, said: “We are delighted to be working with Katie Ogley and JCI Doncaster. We hope the community will come together and help us bring Christmas to local children who have endured suffering and harship this year.”
