Our EMProtect service has been designed to make it as simple as possible for you to manage the demands of ever changing employment law. We recognise that it can be difficult to keep pace with all legal changes, and that when a problem arises you are likely to want expert advice at your fingertips.
Our EMProtect service not only gives you the assurance that you can make contact with one of our employment law specialists at any time you need advice, but also minimises the risk of future employment tribunal claims.
By taking up our EMProtect service you will be engaging us for a period of 12 months, and within that time you will receive a host of benefits whilst staying protected throughout the year.
Document Health Check
At the outset, we will conduct a thorough review of your existing contracts and employee handbook in order to advise you of any vulnerable areas that may have and whether you may need to have those documents updated. We will ensure that you are compliant with all aspects of employment law in these documents.
You will be allocated an experienced, specialist employment solicitor who will get to know you and your business’s specific needs. You may contact that solicitor at any time for bespoke advice on any situation arising, which will allow you to take swift decisive action whilst safeguarding your business against the risk of complaint by your employees.
You will receive from us a quarterly newsletter detailing any key legal changes, helpful tips and information and things you need to take note of in order to keep you abreast of the changing legal landscape in terms of employment law.
You will be entitled to a 10% discount on any of our fixed fee work not covered by EMProtect, such as drafting documents, drafting letters, drafting settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal representation.
Advice through ACAS Pre-Claim Conciliation
Should any of your employees make a complaint to ACAS and commence a pre-claim conciliation, we will be here to advise and guide you through that process.

The cost of our EMProtect service is a fixed fee and is directly related to the size of your business and the number of employees you have. We want to ensure that the service we can provide meets your specific needs so please contact us for a bespoke quote. We can accept payment by a one off annual fee or by monthly instalments with no interest applicable; we can be flexible in order to meet the needs of your business.
